| Carmichael?s Auto Service is the epitome of excellent vehicle service. Personal care the way it should be. A family business is a with low staff turnover who ALL take the time to get to know you and your vehicle. The advice is always extremely knowledgeable and disinterested (meaning impartial). They gave you the various options with the attendant cost/benefit and let you make the decision. I have been bringing my vehicles to Carmichael?s for over 20 years. I have brought my family?s and friends? vehicles to Carmichael?s and they all have thanked me for the introduction. My daughter now brings her own vehicle to Carmichael?s (from Ottawa, mind you!) and has learned what it means to know and have a trusted service facility. I cannot say enough about Carmichael?s Auto Service - you can?t go wrong by trusting the care and maintenance of you vehicle to them. My deepest gratitude to Ian, Rita, Ryan, Brent, Andrew, Joe, Matt, Teshia and the entire team for making proper maintenance of my vehicles so painless and enjoyable. | Ian his staff and family have looked after my vehicles for some 10 years and have always been able to find the problems and sort out the fix. They are thorough and pleasant to deal with. Even when I think the severity of the problem can not be as reported they spend the time to go over the details and show me the problem and work required. You can put your trust in this company. |
